I am trying to trace the above who was born in or around 1840 in Radnorshire, possibly Glasbury? of thereabouts. His father was William Thomas, a labourer. Joseph was living in Shobdon at the time of his marriage and then settled for a while in Eyton and district. His year of birth differs from census to census! When he was buried his age was given as 80 in 1920. He was buried in Oldham Lancashire.
