Canon Pixma iP4300
« on: Wednesday 25 February 15 12:13 GMT (UK) »
I am unable to print a  word document-ideally border less as it has pictures on it-in full, on 4"x 6" paper. All I get is as if I have set it up for A4 and it is printing a bit of the A4 which is 4" x 6".
I've set the correct size and tried all the settings, borderless
                                                                       normal size
                                                                       fit to page
                                                                       scaled
                                                                       page layout
                                                                       poster
none will give me what I wish
When I have print preview up on the screen the full document, as I wish it to be, is shewn, but all I get is about a quarter  of the original

I have had this happen to me when using this printer. I found that I had to set the paper size in TWO places. One in the Printer's Property's  page and again on the paper set up page.
