does any one know where I can get either a coroners report or obituaries from for E13-E16 area of London?

Hi,
I would try the London Metropolitan Archives first of all for Inquest files;

If they don't hold them they might be able to advise you where to contact next.
I found a Coroner's file from 1902 at the LMA.
Any obituaries would probably feature in local newspapers.
