Vanda Mary Doughty
« on: Tuesday 24 February 15 11:44 GMT (UK) »
She was born in Grimsby in 1876 and appears up to the 1901 census, married to William Wardrobe Doughty with a one year old son Harold Godfrey.    They cannot be found on the 1911 census when they lived in Holbeck, Leeds.   William was a master tailor.    Any suggestions please?

http://www.1911census.co.uk/search/tnaform.aspx  has an entry on the free index for Vanda Mary Doughty b 1876 and living in Leeds

I can also see the entry on Ancestry correctly spelt.  As you know - 1911 details cannot be given here due to copyright restrictions

Suggest you just use Vanda born 1876 as your search criteria

"William" goes under the forename of "Wardrobe" at marriage and at baptism of Harold

May make them easier to find
