Not much to go on here.
The bridge is at least two carriageways wide, so is likely to be a public highway rather than part of an estate. Also, the trees have been planted to shield the house from the road, rather than to allow a view of what would have been an expensive private feature.
The bridge arches are low and there is semi-mature vegetation very near water level, indicating a river that is not prone to regular heavy spates. This might rule out many rivers in areas of high rainfall, or downstream from an extensive catchment area.
I'd draw a line from Southampton to the Wash, and suggest it's to the south-east of that line. Perhaps on the line of a Roman road.
