I'd love to know if there are any burial records for Hannah Jewson:

I believe her husband Daniel Jewson was buried in Allhallows Barking By The Tower, London - 15 Jun 1852.  Not sure if this might help.

The metropolitan churchyards were closed by Act of Parliament in the mid 1850s, because of overcrowding. There might have been a dispensation if there was a family vault, or if grave-space had been purchased in advance, but the LMA catalogue shows the last burial register for All Hallows closed in 1866. The registers for this parish have only recently been deposited and are not part of Ancestry's online collection.

Most later burials were in outlying municipal or private cemeteries, few of which have online records. See this post

You can pay to have cemetery searches done, but you will almost certainly need the date of death, not just the quarter, before any search will be undertaken.

I had a look this afternoon (in freezing rain!) but I'm afraid that anything that was left of the churchyard after WW2 bombing and subsequent rebuilding of the church is now covered by modern paving stones and a large café. There are no gravestones whatsoever to be seen.

The % photographed figure on Find A Grave isn't particularly meaningful. It's just the ratio of photographs taken to people entered and doesn't account for graves that haven't been entered or that can no longer be found. From a few spot checks for All Hallows, I think the photos are just plaques inside, and many database entries have been created from early registers or surveys such as those in the above book.

Thank you for facing the freezing rain for me Chris Doran I really appreciate it.  I lived in London many years ago and remember the bitter rain hahaha and also how many old landmarks etc modernity has replaced.  I do greatly appreciate knowing that there is nothing to see rather than continuing my search.
