You will be able to download actual copies of her birth and marriage certificates from the pay to view site ScotlandsPeople. This is the only way to access Scottish certificates unless you live in Scotland and can visit one of the ScotlandsPeoples access points. Online it will cost you £7 to buy 30 credits, which should be enough to access both the certificates you need, and also those of her parents.
Start with looking for her marriage certificate, as you know the name of the spouse and the date. This will give you the names of her parents. You can then look for her birth certificate, and the marriage certificate of her parents.
