Yes Blue

My apologies, it was for this thread - I didn't realise I had sent it as a pm! So sorry.

However, my sister has asked how you can gain access so quickly to these requests, how you get your information?

The burial records for Ford and Yew Tree are on the Ancestry website. You don't necessarily need a subscription to view them. In Liverpool all libraries in the city have Ancestry free on library computers via "Digital Library". I use Ancestry at home while Ozranga has a fuller version of these records on microfiche.

Oh I see, it's all quite interesting. We have been in touch with the Archdiocese and have been sent the relevant paperwork to fill in to enable the deeds to be put in one of our names. It appears it's quite straight forward and therefore we will be able to lay both our parents to rest there.

Thank you all on this forum for all your assistance, it's really appreciated

Hello bluegirl,
Please can you let me know who you got in touch with as I am hoping I can bury my Dad's ashes with his parents in Yew Tree in a plot in "D too but am struggling with details of who has the deeds since my Grandmother died in 1998. I'm not in Liverpool as live down South these days but will be at Yew Tree to try and find the grave next week and it would be good to have a someone who can help after that.

Thanks and hope your arrangements for your parents ashes burial go as you hope.

Kind regards
ejs1001
