Hi Everyone

Would love an approximate date for this pretty lady.  It's postcard format which I think dates from 1918+ but would like a closer date based on clothing if possible.

I thought that at first but the white border is throwing me, so I'm in two minds.

I think Vanderbilt was American so not too sure when they introduced the white border...I know it was introduced in the UK in 1915 for economy...Also the photo could be earlier than the postcard?

There is something written beside Vanderbilt but I can't make it out. 

How beautiful is that dress?  Do you think wedding since she is holding roses?
