MacFarlane/Strang/Forsyth Muiravonside

I am trying to find info re my great-great grandparents families .

John MacFarlane       b 1840 Kincardineshire  d 1929 Castle St. Clackmannan
Magdalene Strang     b 1840 Clackmannan     d 1921 Castle St. Clackmannan

they married in Muiravonside in 1863 and had twins, David and Jane, in 1866.

would be grateful for any help in research.

There's a baptism in the Scotland Baptisms for a Magdalene Strang baptised 18/10/1840 in Clackmannan daughter of James Strang & Helen Snadon.

This could be the family on the 1851 census at Black Braes Colliery in Muiravonside: -

James Strang, 56 coal miner
Helen, 50
James 16, John 14, Margaret 12, Magdalina 10 all b Clackmannanshire
