Decipher Irish Petty Sessions 1911 document
« on: Saturday 07 February 15 20:41 GMT (UK) »
The column header for this text reads: "Name Of Witnesses Examined".
The handwriting that I am unable to read is the first two lines. The last line looks like a persons name. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Ireland: Mayo - O'Malley, Malley, Currigan, Lynchacan. Antrim - McAuley. Louth - Byrne. Down - Smith.

England: Lancashire - O'Malley, McCauley, Foster.

Thanks Conahy. Do you think it might say Deft (Defendant) appears for compts?

Hello -

I believe the first line in an abbreviation of 'Defendant appears' and the second an abbreviation of
'For complainants' - fairly common in the Petty Sessions records.

craggagh.
