Possibility perhaps - there is a 1923 marriage in Wigan to a Mary Kershaw - LancashireBMD shows it as Register Office or Registrar attended so it can't be looked up in parish records

Did you find anything on George b c1902 or Henry b c1908
I think there may have been another brother Stanley b1914
with a mothers name of Leather Stan looks a good bet as a brother

are you sure you have the right siblings?

Lancashire bmd shows 3 other births with mmn as Leather as:
Harry b1901
Wiifred b 1904
George 1907
all in Hindley and same names as shown in the 1911 census living with a George Leather and except for Winifred who seems to have died in 1905
