I'm sure it's not harmony, the letters aren't right for that, there is a letter with a long ascender line near the end of the word.

Hi there, does anyone know the name of the one who made this painting? I believe the text is: Everyday life in rivals and hierarchy. I can not read the signature. Thanx for your answers.

It's probably not a well-known painting, as there are hundreds and thousands of amateur artists around. As we haven't yet seen the painting, it is impossible to speculate and the title, if it is a quote, doesn't seem to be from any known work.

Looks rather like pastel.
Two hooves aren't much to go on, though.

There's some nice work in that, I can see why you like it. The signature's illegible though and unless there's a name on the back, I doubt you'll be able to identify the artist.
Is it behind glass? Definitely looks like pastel to me.
