Can anyone help decipher what this say for a friend its on a painting she has been given

Sorry I don't it's just from my photos in iPad, when I tried to uplift it just kept saying file name in use

You just need to change the title of your photofile.......add some numbers to make the file name different..

apple.jpeg to something like apple2015.jpeg

All photo images have to have a unique file name  :)
