1929 Electoral Rolls Shoeburyness

If possible could someone do a lookup for me please.
I am trying to find who lived at 117 Richmond Avenue, Shoeburyness around 1928-1930's

Hi,

You will find the electoral register for Shoeburyness for 1929 on the Essex Record Office's website http://seax.essexcc.gov.uk; the reference for the register (which you put in the box in the top right hand corner) is C/E 2/9/12 (there is a space between the E and the 2) and you can view the images of all the pages in the register free of charge. This register contains lots of different areas but the drop down to the images lists where each area starts. All the electoral registers that the ERO holds for 1918 and 1929 are currently available to view on their site free of charge.
