What was his wife's name?

There's a Peter O'Brien in 1911 census with a wife and child but from the limited information in your post it's only a possibility-

Or, since you aren't 100 % sure of the father's name, this family might be the ones you are looking for-

Same family in 1901-

Hi,
Another possibility is Peter O'Brien who married Mary Anne Gillice in Drumquin Roman Catholic Church on 21 Sept 1909.

From your PM it seems that the father is the James O'Brien I found earlier so here's the family-

James O達rien (c1876/c1871 Tyrone) m.(17 Nov.1895 Strabane district) Sarah Ferry/Fairy (c1880/1875 Tyrone)
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Tyrone/Drumquin/Magharenny/1742310
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Tyrone/Drumquin/Drumbarley/870916
children痴 births list mother痴 name as Fairy (except Frairy for Daniel)
1.   Francis O達rien (11 June 1896 Omagh dist.)- middle name possibly Joseph?
2.   Edward James O達rien (6 Nov.1897 Omagh dist.)
3.   Peter O達rien (13 Jan.1900 Omagh dist.)
4.   George Henry O達rien (3 Apr.1902 Omagh dist.)
5.   Patrick O達rien (4 Feb.1904 Omagh dist.)
6.   Mary Catherine O達rien (19 May 1906 Omagh dist.)
7.   Daniel Richard O達rien (29 Jan.1909 Omagh dist.)
8.   Annie O達rien (1 Aug.1910 Omagh dist.)
9.   Sarah Bridget O達rien (11 May 1913 Omagh dist.)
