An outside bet
this chap was born in 1883

This is possibly him in 1901
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Wexford/Ballyellis/Drummond/1792515/
There does not appear to be any other Matthew Kinsella's born in Wexford other than the above Matthew and your Matthew in 1891 which leaves this chap his age is out by 6 yrs but remember he did'nt fill out the census return.
