I have one Hannah Sproat, b. Rothbury 1802.  Married Matthew Robson in Newcastle on Tyne on 10 Mar, 1825...but that's all.  A little early for your Sproats I believe...and they had moved to Durham by the 1861 census.  Probably doesn't help you but it's there in case it fills a small 'gap' further back!
