Good evening,

On behalf of a friend of OH I am looking for pre 1980 exterior photos of Latchmere Primary School in Burns rd, Battersea. I believe it is now converted into flats or demolished and flats built on site.

Are you on Facebook, if not do join. There are several excellent pages dedicated to Battersea and Wandsworth.  Some great up to date and many historical photos as well.  And if what you want is not there, all you need to do is ask and someone will more often than not come up with the pictures you want.

Do not be put off by bad press about FB, when you join, you set your own privacy settings and then apply to join any groups which you might find interesting or can even contribute to. 

I belong to several for Battersea and even more in SE London.
