Dating Needed for (Possibly) Great-Great Grandfather

Hi there,

My grandmother inherited a big box of photos from her mother, some of which (now presumably) included ones belonging to her father.

We think this is a photo of my great-great-grandfather; he looks like a thinner version of my great-grandfather.

Any dating would be much appreciated!
