Hello, Your William Frederick C. Frecknall's dad is my great grandfather's brother. I have Frederick William C. Frecknall married to Frances Louisa Wenyon(1896-1953) in London. They had 3 daughters, Frances H.L. b. 1921, London, Rosalind G. b.1922, Hants and Josephine L. b.1924 Hants. This is the first time I have been on Rootschat. Nice surprise to find you.

F.W/W.F was born at Milford, Lymington area in 1883. His sisters were Georgina Maud M. b.1889 Lymington, Selina Dorothy F. b.1897 Framfield, Sussex, and Kathleen Alice b.1898 Framfield, Sussex. Georgina married Albert Thomas Bowley in 1914, Middlesex. Albert was born in 1833 in Warton, Warwick. They had a daughter Kathleen D. L. Bowley b.1915 Warwickshire. Selina Dorothy F. married Harry Duncan Stonehill in 1922 in Warwickshire. Children unknown. Kathleen Alice married James Wood in 1922 Warwickshire. They had a son Donald James b. 13th Nov, 1924 in Warwick. He died in Dorset in 2000. Just missed him by 8 years. That's a shame. This chunk of info and some of what follows was found for me by a Frecknall descendent called Alexander. We are trying to see if our lines meet up further back. FW/WF's dad is Frederick John Howard Frecknall b. 1858 at E. Grafton, Wiltshire who married Selina Ann Head in Southampton in 1881. Frederick John's brother Arthur Reeve Frecknall is my great grandfather. They are 2 of 11 children born to William Fricknell b. 1836 Worksop , d. 1917 Christchurch and Ann Selina Reeve bap. 7th April 1833 Worksop.Died 1877, Milford. Her parents were Robert Reeve and Amelia. William and Ann married in Sheffield in 1855. William Fricknell's parents were William Merrils Fricknell and Elizabeth Nelson. William's date and place of birth have eluded Alexander and me but he thinks its around 1800. William died in London in 1848. Elizabeth bap. 28th Nov 1802 in Sutton cum Duckmanton, Derbyshire. Died 1850 Worksop. Also have Elizabeths line back to 1719. Brothers and sisters for the Frecknall/Fricknells and some occupations and addresses etc. Let me know if there's anything in particular you are interested in after you've got through all this. Hope to hear from you, Deoxy
