Hi Dobfarm,   Long time no hear . I only got part of the translation because I am only picking up half the page from my end.  Got most of it though but if you can put up smaller will probably get it all, or e mail me .     Sandra Bee.    Moved to Neath.

Mary Lowe in case my said sister shall so long live and from and
immediately after the decease of the said Mary Lowe upon further trust that
they my trustees or the survivor or survivors of them or the heirs and assigns of such survivor shall and so absolutely sell and dispose of my said freehold and copy hold messuages or tenements lands and hereditaments withtheir appurtenances either together or in parcels by public sale and private
contract to the best purchaser or purchasers and for the best price or prices
that reasonably be was gotten for the same and shall and so pay and apply the money to arise and be produced from such sale or sales as also the
money arising from the rents and profits of my said freehold and copyhold estates after payment thereout of the before mentioned annuities of forty pounds and ten pounds to the said Mary Lowe and Sarah Parrot and also arising from the residue of my personal estate which I hereby give to my trustees in trust to convert the same into money after payment of my just debts and funeral expences in manner following that is to say To the said Sarah Parrot the sum of two hundred pounds in lieu of her said annuity which will cease on the death of the said Mary Lowe To my said brother William Tidmarsh the sum of one hundred pounds To the children of my late wife’s sister Mary Cashmore the sum of one hundred pounds which I direct shall be divided amongst them in equal shares and proportions share and share alike To the children of my late wife’s sister Elizabeth Baker the sum of one hundred pounds which I direct shall be divided amongst them in equal shares and proportions share and share alike To Thomas  Matthews son of the late John Matthews of Barston the sum of twenty pounds and
