Prescot Cable Company Info?

Hello,

I was wondering if there are records of employees of this company that still exist?  I am looking for an employee who worked there from approximately the 1940s until the 1960s, his name was William Hayes.  I was wondering also if companies such as this would have had photos of their employees or archives kept somewhere?
Any help would be appreciated.

Are you referring to BICC?  It ceased trading in 1990 and the building is long since demolished

If you Google BICC Prescot there is a lot of info about it

They have a very well known Amateur Football Club started in 1884 - 8 years before Liverpool FC and still play today .
you may be lucky and find William Hayes played for them ??...if so he will be on record
even so - I would think that someone connected to the club will have worked there during 1940 -1960
