Need help with a marriage please.  William Beynon b: 1821 Llangennith and Elenor b: 1822 Port Eynon, Glamorganshire. Can only find them on the 1851/61 census.  Thanks.

The marriage must have been after 1837 so have you looked on freebmd?  When was their first child born?

Their first child was born in 1850.  Only seen a marriage in Narbeth for William and Elenor.  Narbeth is quite a bit away from Llangennith.  Thank you.

The 1848 marriage I mentioned above was in Swansea - have you found it as it's not clear from your reply?

Yes - the marriage is on freebmd if you look under Reynon as shown in my reply above.  Eleanor was nee Stephens

Hi it looks possible a George Edwards marries a Jane Stephens Sept qtr 1849 Swansea 26 617

Edit Jane did marry a George Edwards, in 1861 shown on my site as EDWARD surname RG09/4109/3/2

 That is the right census.  Didn't think of the surname being spelt wrong.  Looks like it fits.  So Jane Edwards was possibly a sister of Elenor.   Thank you all.
