Mabel: I have long suspected that the marriage for Charles who had Ann 1810, Amelia 1812, Charles 1813, Richard 1817, Eleanor 1818 was 7 Jan 1810 at St George Hanover Square to Ann Dunevan. This Ann could be
https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:J3M9-RHC; she would be 58 in 1851 but certainly the census you found is likely, address ties up too. If we could only find THIS Ann in 1841 at Market Street......where 2 daughters got married from in 1838 & 1845....

. John 1815 was 1st cousin to Charles 1787 of the Staines/Windlesham Hayters & Ann Hayter/Foulston was a 1st cousin once removed of her new husband. John was a nephew of Charles 1787; son of brother Samuel 1760 who had 15 children with 2 wives over 27 years.
I have a comprehensive & well researched descendant list of Charles Hayter 1753 - 1826 blacksmith of Staines from an online contact who however didn't have any information of where his Charles 1787 had got to!! NOW we know! Will look for George J Fowlston in online trees.
