Civil parish vs ecclesiastical district in 1871 census?

I have details of an address of Reform Street, Gelligaer.  The civil parish is Gelligaer, and the ecclesiastical district is Pontlottyn.
Am I right in thinking that the local address would now read Reform St, Pontlottyn, Gelligaer.  Or was there also a Reform St in Gelligaer?

You are correct; address is Reform St, Pontlottyn (Pontlottyn was a village in Brithdir hamlet, Gelligaer Parish) Today it would read Reform Street, Pontlottyn, Caerphilly County Borough.
