Help Needed with my Grandfather

Hi I was sent this image sometime ago by email. The person who sent it is no longer around. My great grandfather is behind the Minister next to the woman in white with the hat in the back row who is his wife. I have tried desperately to get just him lifted out and enlarged as a crisper passport sized photo but have had no luck. I have had great success on here with other photos and would really appreciate your help even though I accept you haven't much to work with. Many thanks, Ann.

Had a quick play as this is only a very small file.

I don't want to play around too much or fake the detail otherwise it ends up looking like a cartoon character.

Well it is a passport photo alright!!  Small passport too.

  As Cazza says - it is a very small file and hard not to change the detail.

Don't you just love the 'decoration' on the lady's bodice centre front with the white bodice.
