A check of Isabel's death cert, if she died in in Scotland would also help to reconfirm the surname forElizabeth, Yogi. Struggling to find anything further for her so far.

Yes I am sure it says her maiden name was Thain, peviously Milne but must have remarried to become Elizabeth Thomson.
She was deceased at time of this 1859 marriage

Census 1861 at Charlestown

THOMASON Mary 12yrs daughter b. Aboyne
ADAM John 35yrs b. Baltater son in law
ADAM Isabella 29yrs b. Aboyne  daughter
ADAM Margaret 3yrs  b. Aboyne grand daughter
ADAM Isabella 11/12//b. Aboyne
BEGG James 17 b. Aboyne   servant
BEGG Robert 12yrs b. Aboyne  servant

If this identifies the married Isabella, daughter of Alexander, and the same family in the 1851 census.......there is a public family on Ancestry with image of the marriage certificate, 1856.

Parents are Alexander THOMSON and Ann ELMSLIE....witnesses John ELMSLIE and Lewis THOMSON.

Census 1871   Charleston
THOMSON Alexander 68yrs b. Aboyne   HEAD
THOMSON Mary 22yrs b. Aboyne daughter
THOMSON Margaret  64yr  b. Aboyne  dressmaker  sister
ADAM Isabella 10yr b. Aboyne   grand daughter
