You can search for names, but to see details there is a charge.
To acquire the full certificate or an image of it downloaded to your computer, there is a further charge
There is full explanation on the web page.
However many people in this forum hold private resources of Victorian BMD indexes and will gladly search these as far as possible to help you.
There are cut off limits on the years available and we must be careful to protect the privacy of all those still living.
