Some two or three years ago I posted a topic about my grandfathers time in the Army Service Corr in WW1. After a few replies it was then "Hijacked by someone asking about a William Merrill. Today I received a notification email about my topic only to be disappointed when opening it to find it was not information for me which I am still in hope of sorting out but a continuation of William Merrill. How do I get this "shifted" I do not want to unsubscribe from this line as one day maybe I will get the information I am hoping for

I don't really know what you can do about that, perhaps post a new topic about it and hope for the best?

Go to the original thread, and click on "Report to moderator" next to the first post of the hijacking.

Than ask the mod if it is possible to split the thread?

Thank you so much. If anyone knows how or where I can find information of the Army Service Corp at Abbey House, Colchester during WW1 I would really appreciate it.
