What happened to Bessie C. Allan born 1900 in San Francisco?

Bessie C Allan was the daughter of James Allan and Jean Harvie. I have been able to trace her siblings  James, John, Douglas and Grace from birth until death but lose track of Bessie after 1920. At the time of the 1920 census she is still at home on Peorne Ave, San Francisco with her parents. I also found her in 1900 and 1910 - both times in San Francisco

Bessie C. Allan is in the 1922, 1924, and 1925 San Francisco city directories, but she is not in the 1926 one.

Do you have obituaries for her parents or siblings?

This Bessie on the 1930 census seems like a maybe - https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/XCFB-XS2  It looks like the surname should be Louda, not Landal.  The age at first marriage points to a marriage around 1926, which fits in with the city directories.

I found a California birth record for the Louda daughter, and it lists her mother's maiden name as Allen.

The son on the 1940 census died in 2013, and his obituary lists his late mother as Elizabeth Allan Louda.  His sister may still be living.

Hi again,
When I looked for Bessie's marriage (on several different occasions)at familysearch.org it never came up. What did I do wrong? What steps did you use to find the marriage?Would you please walk me through your process.
