The marriage certificate should list their residences at time of marriage as well as fathers' names & occupations. For earlier records you'll need to search for church records (if they survive) so the marriage certificate will also list where the marriage took place (may well be in bride's church).

Are you sure of the names? Can't see the marriage anywhere in Northern Ireland yet.

This marriage is on FS but I can't match it to a William Rowney

The groom for that marriage is named Venables and it took place 12 Feb.1874.

   3 Jun 1862 William John Roney married ISABELLA Foster in Townsend Street Presbyterian Church, Shankill, Belfast. The fathers were George Roney and William Foster.
