Thankyou for your efforts I tried the way you did and got confused because of requesting help about 15 years ago I was sent on the wrong road .I was convinced from the info I had been given was correct but realise another persons options must be considered.

Thankyou for your help I have sorted the family lines for SARAH WEBBER who married WILLIAM HUGHES 10 10 1870 ,Theres are a few discrepancies on various websites showing the wrong RICHARDS lines From RACHEL RICHARDS born llanegwad 1820.thats what caused the chaos in people just assuming.
My next request is as follows looking above WILLIAM HUGHES was born 9 may 1852 Merthyr Tydfil from my research ordering the certificates etc I have concluded that his parents were GEORGE HUGHES birth 1826 who married 16 ap 1849 SARAH WEBBER born 1828 Neath.
To confirm the parents of Sarah I have  concluded her parents were MATHEW WEBBER who married MARGARET REYNOLDS on 8 5 1823,could someone help me confirm this as correct please

I can see only 1 Sarah Webber b.1828 Neath & that's the one you have.

All you have to go on is Sarah's marriage which tells you her father's name.
To confirm who her mother is you would have to get William's birth cert. as he is the only one born after 1837.
As there's only 1 Sarah Webber born 1828 Neath on the census I'm sure you're right in your assumptions. I'm also sure the parents marriage is correct but if you want confirmation the birth cert. is the way to go.
