burial record lookup request for Bartholomew JEWSON

I'm looking for a death date for Bartholomew JEWSON born Dec 14, 1814 in Terrington St Clement, Norfolk, England.
 
He married Mary Ann SMITH (1815-1906) June 1, 1837 in Terrington St Clement, Norfolk, England.
 
They had 8 kids (that I know of):
 
Frances
Frederick William
Bartholomew
Sophia Julia
William Smith
Arthur Smith
Alfred Smith
Agnes Ann
 
I've traced him as far 1891 where he and his wife were living in St. Paul Deptford with their daughter Agnes and her husband and kids. I can't find any mention of him after the 1891 census.

There's a slight possibility he's in the BMD 1897 death index as JEWKES instead of JEWSON but I have no way to confirm that one way or the other.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think so 'cause he was born in 1814 so would've been 79 in 1893 and his age is 75 in the 1891 census.

Sorry - I presume your original post of a birth in 1844 was a typo?
