Patrick Clampett sailor from The Faythe

I am helping my husband with his family tree and we have traced his great great grandparents to Wexford. Their names were Patrick and Johanna Clampett (nee James) and they were both born in 1866. Patrick was a sailor and we found he sailed on ships called Annie, Tempest and Oliviana. I was wondering if anyone on here has ever heard of them or could tell us anything more about them. We would love to visit Wexford one day and find out more about them  :)

So, this is obviously Patrick & Johannah in 1901 !

Johanna's father is obviously living with them, so you already have his name !

Have you Patrick's father's name ?

Do you have the marriage of Patrick & Johanna ?

age mistranscribed ~ should say 71 !

The only Clampett family that I can find in Wexford were John Clampett and Ellen Rossiter.

Given that I can't see a Patrick born to this couple it's possible that his birth was slightly early than the 1866 that he states.

It's very possible that it was prior to 1864 when our civil registration began.
