Marriage Licence Index

I have found two marriages, as set out below, in the Index of Marriage Licences in the Diocese of Down, Conor and Dromore. I would be grateful if someone could advise me on how to find the exact place of marriage. (I have no other clues as to where in Ireland these couples lived. This is what I am trying to discover.)
1. 1835 John Hay and Sally Wilson
2. 1843 Daniel Rankin and Mary Church
These couples left Ireland soon after their marriage. The Hays went to Scotland (Dunbartonshire and then Greenock) in about 1836 and the Rankins to Albany County New York in about 1846/8. So there is no subsequent trace of either in Ireland.

Sorry, I don't have any info for you on the questions you asked, but I would like to know where you found the Index of Marriage Licenses?  Is it searchable on-line and if so, what website.  Thanks so much for your help.

I found a copy many years ago in a Mormon Family History Center. I think they had them for almost all the Church of Ireland dioceses.
