Coventry St Michael missing Bishops transcripts
« on: Tuesday 21 October 14 22:08 BST (UK) »
Hi,

I have the Bishops transcripts for St Michael, Coventry and there appears to be data missing. It gets to June 1800 and then says "The transcript for the following period to 1804 is missing"

Does this mean it is totally missing and no longer exists or does it mean that the info wasn't captured and I would be able to go to a record office and get it?

Regards,

Rob

Check with Warwick Records office and Coventry archives. St Michaels is Coventry cathedral, so they could have been burnt during the November air raid in WW2.
