   There is a divorce file for Alfred Sydney HEATH and Rita Agnes HEATH https://search.records.nsw.gov.au/permalink/f/1ebnd1l/ADLIB_RNSW110743834

   I can't see any probate records for them at NSW archives https://www.records.nsw.gov.au/
(just type a name into main search box on home page)

   I should be able to visit in a week or so.

Hello Ros, you probably can't get to the Records Office at the moment, but if you go again some time in the future, would it be possible please to photograph another probate packet for me?

Title: Samuel HOLT, Date of death 5 November 1875, Granted on 29 May 1890

I have looked for one for his wife too, though can't seem to see one -
Emma HOLT, died 4 December 1880

  Yes I am in strict lockdown at the moment but very happy to photograph these when I am next able to get there. 
   I will check microfiche for Emma HOLT as there is a gap in the online index for probates c 1891-1927.
