Aldershot newspapers 1916

Does anyone have access to Aldershot newspapers from 1916 ? My grandma was performing on the music halls with an act called the Trevis Trio weeks commencing 3 Jan , 10 Jan, 31 Jan and 14 Feb that year.I would love to know if there were any advertisments for or reviews of the shows they were in .

There's a mention of the Trevis Trio in the Manchester Evening News of 16/05/1916 & 17/05/1916 - in a list of acts appearing at the Queen's Park Hippodrome.

Thanks for the tip but the Aldershot newspaper don't keep copies going back that far.

If they are not in Aldershot I can only suggest contacting the British Library to see if they have copies

They seem to have Aldershot News if you search their catalogue as 'Aldershot'

you would then probably need someone to look them up for you
