Marriage look-up John Jose in Michigan

England & Wales, National Probate Calendar
Jose-William James of Bolenowe Farm Troon Camborne Cornwall died May 25 1942 at Romford Essex. Administration Bodmin 25 July to Mary Jose widow.

I have returned to this post to try to complete the Jose family.
Unfortunately I am unable to find  William James Jose marriage to Mary?
He was single and living in Romford,Essex  in 1939 register.
In 1939 he is living next to a family whose name is either Hitto or Kitto.
Will someone be able to look at the 1939 register to tell me which surname it is. If it Kitto it will explain why he went to Romford.

We're not allowed to do lookups of the 1939 Register. However if you look up a marriage using the details from the free index, William J ?itto marrying a Bertha will give you the answer. ( As it happens the image doesn't really help ).

The wording on the Probate Calendar may be a little misleading. I think the Administration was given to William James' mother Mary (who was a widow).

Have put the christian names of both but haven't found anything yet.

I have just found a marriage between William J W Kitto and Bertha Pearce in 1928 at Penzance Registration district. May or may not be the right couple.
Added: William Kitto died in Romford and Bertha in Penzance. I also found William Kitto in the probate calendar.
