Good morning Tina and welcome to Rootschat
it would help us in the research if you can post as many dates you have ...for instance
https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/FGNY-DVL
this record now tells us that Thomas and Bessy Allen were having children in the mid 1870`s
do you have Catherine Allen in your research ?
added
another child
https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/FPRT-632

Thomas `s birth date
https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/F56K-2D7

is there any particular Allen you would like to research first ??

Looks like this is the topic you've seen? jhea123 hasn't been online for a year but if you post a message on that topic they might see it and reply (if they haven't turned off notifications or changed their email address then they should  get a message saying someone has replied to the topic). Just remember not to post details of living people or personal details (email addresses, etc.).

Hi,
i think that your great grand parents are mine, My granddad was one of 11 children his mother Margaret ( Moran ) i think died when he was young lad and one of the other siblings which was born also died, my grandad was born in 1901 and wasnt on the census of that year as it was taken before he was born but he is named on the 1911 one. both of my great grandparents are buried together in the grounds of st patricks church in drumshambo, i also managed to workout from the 1911 census one of his sisters was not listed and found she was listed at there mother sisters house. I visited Drumshambo a couple of years ago and found my mums cousin and family are still living there and found lots of history. I have copies of both census if your interested.

kind regards
Joanne x
