Richard Sheehan Born Wexford AB 1893. left Ireland AB 1907 for America/Canada? Likely changed his name? Mother died in 1907. Father was Thomas, Mother was Ellen. Ellen died 1907. family names were Mary, Kate, Ellen, Thomas and James. Richard was never heard of again. Looking for Richards family after he left Ireland

Just for others reading your post, this is the family in 1901:

What about these three Sheehans in 1911, living with the Clancys in Ballylucas (about 6 miles away from the 1901 census Crosshue address):

Could Ellen = Helen? Jane's age is definitely recorded in the female column, but the original isn't unlike James (though it isn't unlike Jane either). A bit of a leap, I know...

Thanks Gaffy. Yes this is the family. James on the census is actually Jane.
