Hi,

Anyone with access to Syston Christenings looking for Joseph Brown born abt 1791 Syston according to the 1861 census, he was living in Nottingham by 1831 with his wife Sarah who was born abt 1792 in Derby.  He had 3 children all born Nottingham Eliza born 1834 died age 1 month, Joseph born 1836 died 1839 and Emma born 1831 ( my 3rd great grandmother).

The closest christenings for a Joseph Brown in 1791 at Syston would be
Joseph Brown christened 8th May 1796 parents John and Ann.

Also John and Ann married 29th Dec 1789 both have the same surname Brown

Yes, there are three siblings all christenings at Syston

William - 31/10/1790
Elizabeth -23/6/1793
John - 29/7/1798
