Hi there,

http://www.cityofsydney.nsw.gov.au/learn/search-our-collections/sands-directory

This is a link to the Sands Directories covering 1858-1933.    I tried for "Frank Rogers", but did not notice that name there.

Cheers,  JM

Here's two of Sandy's threads

This thread is on the NZ completed board, but Sandy mentions that she has the  1901 marriage cert and the 1932 death cert.

I am wondering whether sandyfeet is getting reply notifications.

The information from the certificates as requested by majm would be help if further assistance in this query is needed.

It is difficult to track anyone in a family history search when all information held by the Original Poster is not fully shared.

It would also be of benefit if previous links were listed including the ones on the UK board.
Here is one of them

Hello,

  .......I believe she lived in a convent and was schooled by the nuns, she would have likely had a good education  ....... Regards Sandy

Why do you think this, Sandy?

Worth noting for general interest that between 1899 and 1900 three women named Margaret McGrath married in NSW. One or none of them could have been a resigned teacher ;D

Observation  ::) ::)
It's a long way from Rhine Falls to Townsville
