The earlier marriage (1757) of Anne Patchcoat Widow was by Licence. The Allegation and Bond may give you a clue as to her age however, as she was a widow, this is probably not the case.

I think, it is more than likely, she was the relict of Nicholas Patchcoat who died in 1756; they in all probability being the parents of John Patchcoat.
