The correct spelling appears to be Colinswood  with one 'L'.

Thanks Rosie and Stan for your help. Your information and some I found elsewhere would seem to confirm that it is indeed the location of the Colinswood place. The building still exists near Yew Place. From a real estate listing it appears the complex has been turned into an upscale residential facility. Does anyone have archive photos of the facility during the years it was a maternity house or know who might (government agency, museum, etc.)?

Thank you posting the only picture I have seen thus far of the Colinswood Maternity Facility. It looks like a quaint setting. The darn trees/bushes block most of the view. Maybe there are others photos. I couldn't make out the writing on the bottom as I was hoping the source might lead to more photos.
