immigrated to Aaustralia

Hope to find information on Thomas Woods,b.1911.He immigrated to Aaustralia with his wife Dorrie And two children circa 1954-56 from Armagh,Ireland. Thomas worked as a seaman in the 1930's a d as a mechanic in RAF during WW2.

By the mid 50's he could have flown out there of course,he's not necessarily going to appear on the ships passenger lists. A lot of people going out to Oz,started off heading to NZ first.

Townsend have you seen all the replies on the other thread? Surely you've been notified each time someone has replied?

It is usually the done thing to respond to all the info that people have found for you,so we know if we are on the right track and if we have found the info you need  ;D

Thanks for all the offered information. My latest post had an error.It's Charles Patrick Woods, not Thomas, I am researching. His father was  "Thomas"
