I was wondering what John's occupation was over there ( he was tin miner in Cornwall on previous census ), mining or working on the railways were my main considerations, not the butchery,  ( although it's his father's and grandfather's trades and his on his return ).

Immigration details are wonderful too.

Yes, they were back in St Agnes, Cornwall in 1891, 1901 and 1911.

I have a death for John in 1925, buried Mount Hawke, 29 3 1925,

oops just noticed I gave his birth as 1847, should be 1857
