Any info Hodgkiss family Wolverhampton?

Hi, I'm looking for information on my Great Grandfather Thomas Hodgkiss who we think was born 1886.  His partner in later life was either Mary Nach/Nash or Mary Williams, we are not sure if they were married.  He passed away around 1961/62.  Thomas and his family grew up in the Wolverhampton area we believe.  I am especially looking for information on his parents .  Im havin trouble finding him on the 1891 and 1901 census.  Does any one have any information or is researching the same family?  He had a large family including daughter Nellie who was my Grandmother.

I've found a Thomas born in Staffordshire that may be yours....1891 in Durham, 1901 in Worchester.

Hi, my grandfather was an Hodgkiss, and lived on the Stafford Road in Wolverhampton...He died in the early 1960's...I was about 12 at the time...think his name was Jim, but may have been Tom...my mother, his daughter, was Jane, and his wifes name was Mary( my grandmother) It was a large family
..my mother, Jane, was born in 1912...some of my aunts names where, Lily, Molly, Nellie, my uncles, Tom, Eric,...they were dark skinned...perhaps Gypsy origins? My mother married my father, Harold Durnall in 1944, at Christ Church, Wolverhampton....the Hodgkisses were a short, stocky build.....I THINK my grandfather, at some time, worked on the barges...My mother died in 1977, my father in 1971.Hope this helps,
