Registration of Death after 1991:

Hi,

I understand how to find a Registration of Death before 1991 but how can I find one in 1998 in BC.

Looking for Marvin Nelson died April 28, 1998 in Chilliwack, British Columbia.

Advice appreciated.

 I believe you would have to apply to the BC Vital Statistics Agency... if you qualify.  You can read about the requirements here.
